Preparing a Galician Supper
A region influenced in culinary terms by its geographical location, so seafood will feature strongly and we’ll spend a fair amount of time talking octopus and mussels. Our aim will be to produce an informal supper for friends. We’ll taste the appetiser dishes as we go and in the last half hour sit down for the main dishes and dessert plus swap food stories.
