Slow Cook Med

We’ll begin with a chat over breakfast of slow-roast pulled Pork Paninis.  We’ll then crack on because slow cooking means getting things going early in the day.

One by one we’ll produce 6 memorable dishes, learning not only how to how to cook them, but how best to serve them and what variations might be possible.

This is very close to the likely line up:

 Osso Buco of Ternera

Here we’re giving this Italian dish the Spanish treatment using shin of Ternera, providing unctuous qualities plus deep flavours

Greek Lamb Kleftico

Slow roasted classic from Greece and Cyprus using Lamb Shoulder

Tagine of Chicken with Olives & Preserved Lemons

Great North African flavours combine to make this main course dish to be served with cous-cous

Ratatouille

Cocido

One of many regional variations of meats or fish braised with vegetables and pulses

Slow cooked white beans

Aiming to achieve a great flavour and consistency
